To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have terms and conditions in place. When you purchase a ticket (either online or in person) and enter Tinytowne you agree to follow our terms and conditions.
- We are not a drop off centre or child care facility. Parents and caregivers must stay within the premises to play with and/or supervise their child(ren) at all times.
- The accompanying adult is responsible for ensuring the safety and appropriate behaviour of children in their care.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of formula or expressed milk.
- Prams are not permitted inside the play areas as space is limited and it is a fire safety hazard. Please park prams outside along the front windows, or enter via the rear to use our store room.
- Report any accidents, incidents or issues to staff immediately so they can be dealt with and logged.
- Do not visit if your child is unwell to ensure the health and well being of our other guests.
- No shoes in the baby play area or in the reading nook.
- Children must wear appropriate undergarments at all times.
- Nappy changing and the use of potties should only be conducted in the toilet and baby changing room.
- Customers should keep all valuables with them at all times. Customers bringing personal belongings into Tinytowne do so at their own risk and we do not accept any liability for damage, loss, etc.
- CCTV is in use for the safety and security, day and night, and to assist in identifying and prosecuting any offenders.
- While we strive to provide a safe environment, Tinytowne does not accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur within the premises. Use of the facilities is at your own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury or damage arising from incidents that may occur while on the premises. To prevent accidents, we encourage all guests to act responsibly and cautiously while using the play facilities.
