Any Questions?

Yes, we ask and recommend that you book in advance of your session as places in the soft play sessions can get filled up very quickly. If you arrive on the day there are no guarantees that you will be able to secure a place, especially on the weekends when Tinytowne could be very busy. To avoid disappointment we ask you to book in advance.

We understand that sometimes things can come up and you may end up being a little late to your session so if you arrive past the start of your session and want to still go in and play, that is absolutely fine. However, your session will still end at the time that it would have originally ended. This is because we have to sanitise and prepare the soft play for the next session very soon after.

We do always recommend that you book online to secure your place at Tinytowne. If you have not had a chance to prebook we will show you a link to our website to enable you to book and pay online at the time if we have spaces left. We allow up to limited children per session to ensure children have the best experience in Tinytowne. We are cashless and therefore we only accept the bookings and payments to be made through our website.

If you have any questions about discounts please get in touch by sending an email to [email protected]
