We understand that sometimes things come up and you may be a little late to your session. If you arrive after the start of your session, it will still end at the time that was booked.
Yes, but we recommend you book online to secure your place at Tinytowne. If you have not had a chance to prebook we can process your card payment in store, subject to availability. We allow up to 10 children per session to ensure everyone has the best experience at Tinytowne. Please note we are cashless.

Sometimes things go walk-about. If you feel that you are missing one of your belongings and may have been left it at Tinytowne, please email [email protected] and we will do what we can to help you in your search. We record any lost property at the end of each and every session.
Yes, you are required to stay with and monitor your children to ensure they are happy, safe and having a brilliant time. We require at least one adult to remain present with their child at all times for the duration of their play session.
In case of an emergency, our staff are trained in Paediatric First aid and are well equipped to deal with an unwell child or more serious incident. If an incident occurs, inform the staff as quickly as possible.
Yes, we have free WiFi and handy charging stations within Tinytowne. Our staff are on hand and happy to provide the login details.
No, we do not allow outside food. We offer a short menu of food and beverages, available for sale during your play session.
